The founder and the licensee of Bay Breeze Serenity worked in a variety of settings including customer service management and management of a geriatric medical office for more than 10 years where he interacted with a big number of seniors and got to learn about their issues, needs, habits and preferences. Most of all, he learned a lot from their wisdom. He is a hands-on manager who likes to do things himself and enjoys working with people whether in a group setting or one-on-one.
